Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to one week for delivery. Keep this timeframe in mind when ordering for a party, event, or specific date.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders over $70 ship free.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
Inflatables
Can the inflatables be used outdoors?
Yes. Our inflatables are designed for outdoor use.
Does everything I need come with the inflatable?
Yes. Our inflatables include everything needed for setup.
Returns & Damaged Items
Do you accept returns?
Due to the seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item arrives defective.
What if my item arrives defective?
Contact us with your order number and details about the issue. We’ll work with you to get it taken care of.
